This Is How Our Process Works
We offer free, no-pressure consultations as an opportunity to meet our clients, get to know each other and answer any preliminary questions.
This process will help us to better understand your goals and vision when it comes to designing your custom home. There are no costs associated with this process and we will also provide you with a detailed proposal.
The next step is to hand over the plan to our design team who will create 3D renderings of the build, along with photos in order to help you better visualize the design.
During this stage, you will get to work directly with our design team to choose your preferred details.
6th Sense likes to make the building process as simple for our clients as possible – this is why we take care of gathering all the permits and necessary paperwork to ensure the build is legal.
Once all the paperwork has been finalized, we can start building the home of your dreams.
